These terms apply to the AOTools website, Windows app and official AOTools community. AOTools is an independent toolkit for Angels Online, operated from the United Kingdom. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game publisher. Contact us at [email protected].

1. Using AOTools

You are responsible for deciding whether AOTools is suitable for your computer and game account. Use it with your own game installation, keep backups of files you change, and follow the game publisher’s rules. Changes to the game, its services or its rules may affect how AOTools works. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any consequences under the game publisher’s rules.

AOTools provides tools and information; it does not control Angels Online, your game account, other players or their listings. Marketplace listings and saved Storage details can be delayed or incomplete. Check important details in the game before acting on them.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Give accurate registration details, keep your login details private, and tell us promptly if you believe your AOTools account has been misused. Do not share an account in a way that bypasses its device limits or plan.

Do not use AOTools or its community to break the law; harass others; spread malware, spam or scams; gain unauthorised access; interfere with the service; or copy, resell or reverse engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or other people’s rights.

3. Plans and payments

Free features are available without payment. The website currently shows planned paid prices, but checkout is still being prepared and this website does not yet take payments. Before any paid purchase, we will show the current price, billing period, included features, renewal and cancellation information. A monthly plan will renew until cancelled; a lifetime plan means access to its stated features for the life of the AOTools service, not the lifetime of any person or game. Any applicable statutory cancellation and digital-content rights will be explained before checkout.

Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.

When payments become available, payment processing may be handled by Stripe. A purchased plan will be linked to the AOTools account used at checkout after the payment is confirmed. If the plan does not appear, contact [email protected].

4. Availability and changes

We may update the app, features, prices and these terms, or pause the service for maintenance, security or game compatibility. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. If a paid feature is materially changed or discontinued, we will handle any refund or other remedy required by law.

5. Intellectual property

AOTools and its own software, website and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Angels Online and any game assets belong to their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use AOTools for its intended personal use; they do not transfer ownership.

6. Responsibility and legal rights

We take reasonable care in providing AOTools, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that third-party game information will always be current. You should protect your own computer, game files and account. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the app, a third-party game change, or information that was already out of date when you used it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
